DO NOT BUY! No matter what setting I use, the clothes come out twisted and tangled with complete dry patches that never got wet. This also happens with half loads. We have never ironed so much! It has even twisted jeans so badly we could not get the creases out. BEWARE.

I have read many reviews with the same F1 code. No matter what model number they all are doing the same thing. Have to stop & restart washer many many times before I can get my laundry washed. Has there been a recall or do you have to repair at your own expense?

It is no longer made according to Home Depot...I/m so glad they let me return it. I must say though, if you live in a hi rise building and you can keep enough sheets that have been spun into ropes when washed you should be able to escape a burning building.

Had mine for more than 8 years and only now am I getting the F1 code.

We have replaced many parts on ours over the few years that we have had it. The latest is the plastic spring like piece that makes tha start button work broke, to replace the part, The Circuit board holder, the entire top piece at a total of $260 just for the part. but since the bearings are starting to make noise in the spin cycle, I have poked a hole in the cover so I can start it with a pen.
