DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE! After 1 week, the "magic filter" fell apart-much wrangling with call centre received a replacement...after 4 weeks water all over floor-burst pipe in machine-2 weeks to be repaired! After 1 day same burst hose and water everywhere...AGAIN!!! worst machine of any kind I have purchased

We bought one of these machines and early on got the black pieces in the wash. Samsung said we are using too much powder (not true!). We have used minimal powder and still get the black residue. We have used the citrus cleaning many times. It doesn't last. This machine has a problem, and is not fit for the intended purpose

I was told this washer would be easier on clothes and no tangling... what a loAd of garbage! Worst of all I get black sludge and I am told to fill the machine with hot water and citric acid and do a wash. i have done this three times today - expensive and still have this stuff in my machine. It's not a wahing machine it's a dirtying machine. I bought my first automatic washer 40 years ago and have used various brands since. All exceedingly better than this. A load of garbage!

Worst machine I have ever had. Filter needs to be cleaned every time, or else the water leaks out of the inlet pipe. When filter is put back in, it still leaks and very hard to get it set, without any leakage.
