Conair Fabric Steamer GS5RWR

by PurpleC

I own a Conair Fabric Steamer GS5RWR. I bought this fabric Steamer on Walmart.com, and I used to Site-to-Store service. The fabric steamer got there really fast. I paid a little over $30 for it, which was very reasonable for a good fabric steamer.

They say you get what you pay for, but I got more than what I paid for with this steamer. One good thing about this fabric steamer is that it only takes about 5 minutes to heat up. If you are in a hurry, this is a really good thing. I have used it continuously for about 25 minutes. You have to be careful because the steam is VERY HOT. I used to hate to have my curtains/drapes professionally steamed because it was very pricy.

I have a bay front window, and I was able to steam all of those curtains in about an hour. This is great because it saves me a lot of money. Also, I used to iron everyday, but I hate ironing. Since I have bought this fabric steamer, I only steam my clothes every three or four days. I was also happy with the fact that the hose doesn’t get hot like other steamers.

I also have found another use for the fabric steamer. My couches are pretty old, and some of the cushions can look pretty old and wrinkled. I took the cushions off of the couch and removed the foam. I then steamed the covers, and they came out looking better than they have in the past 5 years. I thought that I was going to have to buy a new living room set, but this fabric steamer solved that problem. Overall, I give this fabric steamer an A+. I am glad I spent the money on a quality steamer instead of buying a cheaper steamer that probably would have been broken already.
